ECSAV offers our Limited Support package to all clients who register at no charge.
Limited to on-site service during normal business hours. Standard labor rates apply. Scheduling based upon availability.
The Limited Support option includes access to both remote and on-site support weekdays during business hours for the duration of your warranty. Warranty coverage begins the same day as your complimentary service period starts. Once the warranty expires, you are eligible for on-site support weekdays during business hours. Appointments are subject to availability and priority attention is given to those with paid Support Plans.
